Pantraxxa Publishing wants everyone to be able to find out about our books and authors and get in touch with us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our standard
We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Text is set at readable sizes and with enough contrast, and the site works when you enlarge text or zoom in.
- Pages use headings in order, with one main title per page, so screen reader users can move around easily.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone, and the site can be used with a keyboard.
- Every book cover sits next to the book’s title and description in text.
- Contact form fields have labels, and the form tells you which fields are required.
- We check the site on phones, tablets and computers when we make changes.
Known limitations
- Books are sold on Amazon. Amazon’s pages are run by Amazon, and we cannot control how accessible they are.
- The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. If it gets in your way, please contact us another way and we will help.
- The home page shows each cover first and reveals the title and View book button when you tap or hover over it. The Books page shows every title and description as text.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us through our contact form (choose General question as the topic). Let us know the page and what went wrong, and we will do our best to fix it or get you the information another way.
